Cinetig is run by freelance filmmakers Gerald Conn (Managing Director) and Jane Hubbard (Creative director). The company also employ other freelance filmmakers including Chris Elliott.

The company has a voluntary board of directors who meet bi-monthly to oversee the running of the company including; BBC Wales producer Steve Freer, production accountant Gareth Thomas and solicitor Michael Jones.

Justin Kennaugh has also been working with Cinetig for the past eighteen months on the editing and technical side. Justin came on board through a Skillset placement from the University of Glamorgan and Cinetig welcomes students to apply for work experience with the company. We are always looking for students and film-makers who are enthusiastic, like a challenge and have a wide range of skills from using animation and editing software, to live action experience
