Cinetig is run by freelance filmmakers Gerald Conn (Managing Director) and Jane Hubbard (Creative director). The company also employ other freelance filmmakers including Chris Elliott and Jeremy Roberts.

On the production side we have Kate Montefiore, who is responsible for production management, marketing and company development. Mitra Sanei is responsible for scheduling and general office duties, while Ali O’Meally Watson is our freelance bookkeeper.

The company has a voluntary board of directors who meet bi-monthly to oversee the running of the company and are made up of ; BBC Wales producer Steve Freer, freelance filmmaker Colin Thomas, production accountant Gareth Thomas, Film Historian Dave Berry and solicitor Michael Jones.

Justin Kennaugh has also been working with Cinetig for the past eighteen months on the editing and technical side. Justin came on board through a Skillset placement from the University of Glamorgan and Cinetig welcomes students to apply for work experience with the company.
